Before we dive into the design process, I’ll provide a clear and detailed Proposal and Contract. This document lays out all the important details—timeline, deliverables, scope of work, and pricing—so we’re both on the same page from the start. The contract ensures transparency and protects both of us, while the proposal outlines exactly what you can expect from our collaboration. Once signed, we’ll be ready to get started on bringing your vision to life!
Before we begin, I’ll send you a Brand Questionnaire to dive deep into your business, values, and vision. This step helps me understand what makes your brand unique and how we can best reflect that in your design. From your target audience to your brand’s tone, this questionnaire covers all the essentials, giving us a strong foundation to create something that feels authentic and tailored to your needs. It’s the key to ensuring that every design decision we make aligns with your brand’s heart and soul.
Once we receive your completed Brand Questionnaire to better understand your business, goals, and vision, we’ll dive into research to ensure everything aligns. Based on that, I’ll create and present 2 Brand Strategies and Moodboards for you to choose from. Each option will include a clear strategy that defines your brand’s tone, message, and target audience, along with a Moodboard featuring colors, imagery, and visual inspiration. This process ensures we’re crafting a brand that not only looks stunning but also feels deeply connected to your business.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred moodboard, I’ll take it a step further and create a Brand Concept. This is where your brand starts to come to life—I’ll mock up your brand elements so you can see them in action. From logos to color palettes and fonts, you’ll get a real sense of how your brand will look and feel in the wild, across different platforms and materials. This step is all about making sure everything fits together beautifully and feels authentic to your business.
With your Brand Concept approved, it’s time to build out the full identity. I’ll refine and expand on the elements we’ve created, delivering a complete, cohesive brand package. This includes your finalized logo, color palette, typography, and any additional assets like brand patterns, icons, or illustrations. Every piece is crafted to work seamlessly across your website, social media, and print materials, ensuring a strong and consistent presence that’s uniquely yours.
Once your brand is fully built out, I’ll send everything over in an organized Google Drive folder. This includes all your final logo files, color codes, fonts, and any other brand assets you’ll need, ready to use across both web and print. The folder is neatly organized so you can easily access and implement your new branding wherever you need it. It’s all about making sure you have everything at your fingertips to launch with confidence!
